NARR Standard

The National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) publishes a national standard for recovery residences that is adopted by its state-based affiliates. The NARR standard delineates four “levels” of recovery houses, based on the level of services and supports provided by each type of home. Today, the NARR standard is recognized by recovery advocates at both the state and federal level.  The standard forms the foundation for certification by affiliates such as NHCORR.
