Note: An email address is required to apply for Housing Assistance, and each applicant must have a unique email to register with Certemy. For instructions on how to create an email address, click here. If you are a homeowner or case manager applying on behalf of a resident, make sure the applicant is using their own email, as they are linked. Certemy will send applicants who register an activation email, so make sure you check the email you used to register for instructions on how to activate your account.
There are a limited number of awards available each week.
If selected, the applicant will receive an electronic letter from NHCORR with an Award Number on the letter. The applicant must present the award letter to an NHCORR certified recovery residence within 2 weeks of the date of the letter. In special circumstances, NHCORR may extend a grace period. Contact us before the expiration date if your circumstances have changed.
Both the applicant and the house operator will sign the Award Letter upon entrance to the house, along with the House Residential Agreement. Copies of both will be forwarded to NHCORR within 24 hours of entering the recovery house.
